Pork Pattie for Jordan

Jordan dont like to eat, when he is hungry he will ask for nen-nen (milk). He is so skinny especially after he start kindi, he will bring home all the food I gave him as breakfast. I notice he will finish the sausage and ham that he bring to school, as those are processed meat, so I decided to make him Pork Pattie, at least it is more healthy and it is easy to prepare.

Pork, egg, flour, salt, water are all needed to prepare it. Grill in pan until it cooked. Yea, Jordan loves it!

肚腩运动 Firm Your Tummy

生了第二个儿子，我的肚腩松弛到想一个漏了风的气球。正努力在找着解决的方案，哈。。便问问瑜伽老师有什么动作比较有效。于是她教我做这举脚运动。

1.身体平躺在地面上
2.双脚举起成90度
3.维持10分钟

就是这样，日子久了，肚子的肌肉就会结实。我听了，以为她‘老点’我。那么容易的动作有帮助吗？于是就试试看。嘿，别开玩笑，看像容易，但要维持10分钟，一点也不容易啊。不信你试试啦。

还有喔，如果你觉得双脚很累的话，那你就是用错力，你要用的是肚子的力，而不是大腿的力。姐妹们，我们一起努力吧！

After my 2nd pregnancy, my tummy is very flabby, like a water bed (I used to describe to my bestEST fren, haha..) I asked my yoga teacher, is there any exercise that is effective to firm my tummy. She teach me this,

1) Lie straight on the floor
2) Raise both your legs 90 degree
3) For 10 minutes (I mean do not move your 90 degree legs for 10 minutes)

I thought the yoga teacher was joking with me, this is too easy to do I thought... and I try it at home, wah lau... dont play play leh, it is so hard to keep your legs up for 10 minutes. U try and see.

Besides that, if you feel that your legs are very tiring, then u are exercising on the wrong area. Your tummy should be the area that feel tire after this exercise.

Whitening Source Dermdefinition

自从生了第一个baby之后，我就有雀斑及皮肤暗淡的问题。其实我不是很会意，直到一个朋友的老公在大庭广众问我：喂Vivian，点解你面咁黑geh？。。。哎哟，这真的是我毕生最丑的一刻，想立刻挖个洞来躲。
于是，我就开始找资料，事必要消除我的雀斑及皮肤暗淡的问题！我想到SKII，它们的广告都卖得很强嘛。就跑去问了专柜小姐，她介绍我Whitheing Source Dermdefinition，但我有皮肤表层有干燥的问题，于是她们要我加一个保湿精华液Repair C，然后再涂.用了一个月后，我的暗沉问题渐渐改善，当然雀斑只能淡化而不能消失，但至少现在我的肌肤变白了，也不担心再遇见我朋友的老公，被他再大庭广众问我，哈哈！
我会继续使用这产品，其实我现在已经用第二瓶了。希望有钱的话，可以用它们家的美白面膜就好咯。。。

I had pigmentation and dull skin ever since my first child birth. I did not really notice the changes until once my best friends’ lohgong commented on me. Oh gosh, that’s the most embarrass moment, and I could not sleep for nights I tell you. But, I have to say thank to him, as it will not be anyone out there bother to tell me my skin problem.
I then started to search around for a good whitening product, but as everyone knows whitening products means DRY and it may cause even more other problem. I hop to SKII counter since their ads were so aggressively talking about whitening mask and stuff. The counter girl introduced me to Whithening Source Dermdefinition, as I have dehydration problem, I add Repair C, a hydrating serum before it in case my skin gets dry. The counter girl told me honestly all whitening products could not get rid of the pigmentation; they can only help lighten the dark spots. After I used it for a month, I can see my skin tone turn brighter. I have more confidence now if I happened to meet my friend’s lohgong again, haha… I will continue to use this product; in fact it is my 2nd bottle now.

深呼吸

这是瑜伽最重要的一个秘绝，深呼吸！无论你在做任何瑜伽的动作或在做大休息，你也要记得深呼吸，那效果将会事半功倍。切记！

Egg in the Toast

I returned home from yoga class today, but mom forgot to pack food for me.. with nothing to eat, I recall I saw this toast from a baking blog. In less than 15 minutes, a yummy brunch is ready to fill my empty stomach.



1. cut a square hole in the middle of 1 pc of bread.
2. cut 4 thin slice of cheese to place on the 4 sides of the other bread.
3. put 2 bread together.
4. crack an egg in the hole.
5. put in oven for 8 to 12 minutes, depends on the functionality of your oven and your personal preference on the egg well cooked or half done..

乱水

在小孩面前说话要很小心。。Jordan又来一个出人意表的对话了。。

那天他把我们家的吃饭椅子排成一排，拿他的车子去撞。

我问他：Jordan你在做什么？

Jordan：妈咪，你看你看，几乱水。。。

哇，真的是要小心说话！！

Terriyaki Chicken

After dont know how many years, I cook again, consider very new in cooking, I learn everything from zero.. My 2nd cooking experience after all these years is Terriyaki Chicken. The first was Pasta in Olio style, but too kencheong and forgot to take picture.. will do it next time again.



Marinate chicken a day before with Terriyaki sauce and sugar.

Grill chicken, add a bit of Black Pepper to taste.

My family dont like dishes that are too dry, so I cook the sauce to pour on top. I use Terriyaki sauce, salt, garlic, onion, black pepper to do the sauce. not bad..



tadaa... here's the baby..

Hubby rate 7 out of 10 marks. Mom rate 4 out of 5 stars... very encouraging, will try more dishes soon :)

活在当下

不得了，我的瑜伽老师又和我们分享一个十分感人的真人真事。。

有一位记者，他很忙，一天到晚都赶做采访及写稿。有一天，他和女友吃饭，但工作很忙，一直在埋头苦干也没有吃饭或和女友交谈。女友就只好先离去，而记者还在不停的做。。

回到家，记者接到女友妈妈打来的电话，问他到底女友去了那里。于是他们便出去外面找女友，一直到天亮也找不到，于是去报警。警官问记者是不是最后一个见到女友，然后问他女友穿什么衣服，他想来想去也想不出来，问他女友是什么发型，他也不能回答。。他觉得很内疚。。过了几天，他都等不到女友的消息。有一天，他在街角看见女友经过，他赶快跑上去抱住她，对她说：对不起，我没有好好珍惜你，我以后一定会好好对你，补偿我的过失。他醒过来，原来只是一场梦，当他找到了女友时，她已是一俱尸体。。

瑜伽老师再补充，不要只是顾着做工赚钱，而忽略了眼前的一切。要活在当下，珍惜眼前拥有的，不是什么事都理所当然的。。

The story is about a journalist who was very busy. One day, his gf asked him out for dinner, but he kept working through the dinner, his gf left earlier so that he could continue with his work.

He received a call from his gf’s mom to check out for her daughter when he returned home. He then went out to search for her until morning, but to no avail. He went to police station to lodge a report. The officer asked him what is his gf wearing that nite, he cant answer, then what is her hair style, he cant answer too. He was very guilty that he didn’t even have time to look at his gf.

After a few days, he still doesn’t have news about his gf… one day he met his gf at the corner of the street, he ran and hugged her tightly: I am very sorry that I do not have time for you, pls forgive me. I promise l will treat you well in the future… it was a dream… and when he found her a few days later, the girl was dead.

Most of us are busy to earn a living, and tends to neglect our family. Appreciate every moment in life; do not regret while it is too late.

感恩

还没到那个可以教你瑜伽的境界啦。只是要分享一下我的新瑜伽课的点点滴滴。
我这新瑜伽老师还瞒不错，她不但传授瑜伽这门运动，还和我们分享瑜伽的精神及态度。她上课的前5分钟会和我们分享它的哲学，要我们用心去体会瑜伽对心灵的帮助。
第一天上她的课就听她说了一个感恩的故事，希望对我们有所启发。

有一个女人，她很本领弄吃的，他的丈夫十分引以为荣，整天邀请许多朋友回家做客，要太太弄点吃的来照呼朋友，但什么都要太太一手包办没有帮忙。日子就了，太太就愈来愈埋怨老公没有帮忙，天天活在怨声中，很不开心。。去年她的老公去世了，朋友看见她，发现她比以前更不开心，问她为什么，现在她清闲了许多，应该开心一点才对。。她说以前她天天在埋怨她的老公没有帮忙，要她做这些做那些，其实有得为自己心爱的人付出才是一件快乐的事，现在要弄，也不懂弄给谁吃。

有一颗感恩的心，我们将会活得更快乐，为了自己心爱的人，再辛苦也值得。

钱

在车里，我和老公讲起弟弟的储蓄很少，比哥哥拿少了几年的红包钱。

Jordan听了插嘴说：弟弟没有红包啊？

然后我回答：是咯，Jordan可以给一点钱弟弟吗？

Jordan:不可以，我的钱给爸爸了嘛。

我：给爸爸了？几时哦？爸爸要你的钱做什么？

Jordan：leh，爸爸拿钱去Johor喝酒嘛！

哈哈哈。。他果然什么都会说也。。。

I was discussing with lohgong the other day about di-di's saving, compare to gor-gor Jordan it is so much lesser, as he took lesser years of Ang Pow mah..
Jordan overheard and said: di-di no Ang Pow ah?
Me: ya lo, Jordan give a bit of money to di-di want or not?
Jordan: cannot, I give my money to papa already mah.
Me: give your money to papa? when? what for papa want your money?
Jordan: Leh... papa take my money to Johor her-jiu (yumsing) mah!
hahahaha.... Jordan really can say anything come out from his mind...

喝酒

Jordan已经3岁多了，什么事都列懂一二，这个时候训练他是最好的时机了。

我：B啊，你要跟爸爸讲，叫他不要喝那么多酒，Mommy不喜欢。
Jordan：爸爸没有喝酒，他喝100 Plus罢了。

OMG！我无言。。

过了几分钟，我又来过。。

我：B啊，你要跟爸爸讲，叫他不要喝那么多酒，Mommy不喜欢。
Jordan：叫他不要喝那么多酒，喝一点就好了。

Wah lau。。看来Jordan早已被他爸爸训练有素，我太迟了。不行，我可要招兵买马，赶快训练弟弟先！

唱歌宝宝 Singing Baby

嘿，不是开玩笑，我的小宝宝很爱唱歌，每天eeeee。。。。 的，自己在学唱歌，应该是有他妈妈的优良基因，嘻嘻。。。他最爱唱歌的时候是早上睡醒时，包着他的包包时，吃他的Kentucky时。。。eeeee。。。很可爱，嘻嘻。。。看着他，就算是再不开心的事，再辛苦也会忘记。。。谁说一定要一男一女才开心?你不会知道原来两个男的或两个女的，你也很满足。。总之是有仔万事足啦!

Hey no jokes, my baby is very good in singing, in his 4 months, he can sing very well, hehe… “eeeeee….” start singing already…. I think this is because he got his mother’s gene, hehe… He likes to sing when he wakes up in the morning, when he hug his pillow, when he eats his Kentucky… “eeee…” so enjoy and happy he is… looking at him, I will forget about my tiredness, sadness.. Who says that you will be happier if you have a girl and a boy? Having 2 boys is equally contented. Nothing is more important than the 2 of them to me.

补水

大家都知道水的重要性，爱美的我们不但要把水喝进肚子里，还要给吸进皮肤里。所以，给肌肤随时补水是非常重要的。老实说，其实我也做不到，因为忙，但我随时都提醒自己及骂自己不要用“忙”来做藉口。
我记得的时候，都会拿起自己的保湿喷雾往脸上喷几下，但千万不要让它在脸上干去，美容书有说，如果让喷雾干去其实会使我们的肌肤更干燥，所以，在保湿喷雾干之前，用面纸轻轻印掉水分才对。
如果你问我有哪种保湿喷雾的话，我用过的只有Shu Uemura 的Deepsea Water 及　Ｅｖｉａｎ的。其它的品牌也许你要上网找一找或去专柜问一问了。
还有还有，化了妆之后，喷几下保湿喷雾，然后用纸巾印掉水分，你会发觉你的妆比平时的更持久。

是行尸走肉还是“街街” Gai-Gai without Make-up

很多忙碌的妈咪都不化妆就去“街街”。除了污染了周围美丽的环境之外，其实是没有什么大不了啦，哈哈。。。但是有时想到要对得起自己也要见得人，再忙也要搞搞自己才出门。所以，我一定涂上以下的妆才出门：眼眉，眼线，睫毛膏，腮红，唇膏。。。其实，腮红及唇膏都是为了让自己看上去脸色好一点。但许多人却忽略了眼部化妆的重要性，尤其是大眼及“衰老”的眼。化了眼线及睫毛膏会立刻让人看起来又精神又年轻，不如人家还以为你在行尸走肉leh。
你不相信我吗？不妨拿出你的照相机，拍下你画了眼线及睫毛膏的之前及之后来比较一下，你会发觉分别是很大的。

U know la, busy mom like me usually has not much time to take care of myself, especially when I go out gai-gai during weekend, have to pack so many things for my kids, u think I got time to make up? But but but, I still make sure that I put up the following before I step out of my house: Eye brow, eye liner, mascara, blusher and lipstick. Hahaha…. Looks like still have many things to take care of even though I said gai-gai without make-up….
Wearing blusher and lipstick is mainly to avoid the tired and pale look. But, our eyes are the most important part on our face. I can tell u even if you do not put up powder, but u have to put up your eye liner and mascara especially if you have big eyes, or “ageing” eyes. Eye liner and mascara will make you looks fresher and younger instantly. If you do not believe in me, please take out your camera, take a before and after photo after you wear the eye liner and mascara, you will notice you have a big difference in the photo. So please remember to do it no matter how busy or lazy you are, after all, it will only take u 5 minutes to draw the eye liner and mascara.

Thank You

从小到大，我们就教Jordan讲Thank You及Please。当他去买东西时，售货员把东西给他，他会说Thank You，把钱找回给他，他也会说Thank You。。。。
现在，他可聪明咯，我们跟他要吃的，或叫他做点事，他会说：
你有Thank You我吗？

Since young we teach Jordan to say Thank You and Please. Now he is so used to say these 2 words. When he buy something from the counter, he will say Thank You when the cashier give him his thing, he will say Thank You again when the cashier give him his change….
Now, he is very clever, when we ask him for his food or do something for us, he will ask
“Do you say Thank You to me?” (in Mandarin)

人小鬼大

Jordan愈来愈喜欢模仿大人说话。他不睡觉时，我都会对他说以下的话，但那天。。。

Jordan：妈咪，你做什么还不oh oh睡？
我：妈咪就要睡着啦。。

Jordan：你快点睡，不如你就出去跟婆婆睡。
。。。。。。他推了推我。。。。。。。

Jordan：出去出去，要你就来，不要你就走，出去睡，出去睡！

哇，太人小鬼大了吧！！

神仙水 Miracle Water

太多谣言了，我也不知道应该相信谣言，还是应该相信广告。于是就做了些调查，也问了些亲戚及朋友。我新加波的朋友说她从来没有听过关于这产品的谣言，也正在使用它超过5年，十分满意，正打算要加用它旗下别的产品。 香港的亲戚跟我说，她以前有用这产品，现在停了，用别的品牌了，但没有问题。
于是我大胆的买了一瓶来试试。噢，告诉你，琦琦没有骗我们，它真的很好用。我的脸真的有那种晶莹剔透的感觉，而且毛孔也比以前小了（以前我的毛孔劲大哦，老朋友都知道）。还有，我的鼻子两旁，接近眼部的部位，堆积了一层很厚的死皮，现在也少了许多。所以说嘛，不要相信谣言，不如你将会错过许多美好的东西噢。

I heard too many rumors regarding this product, some say that u may not switch to other products after using it, your skin will start to have break-out. Some say if you stop using the product, u will have sensitive problem, bla bla bla…. And I was skeptical to this product before I start using it. And did quite a number of research, even ask my friends and relatives from overseas.
Surprisingly, my friend from Singapore told me that she never heard of these rumors, and she is using it for more than 5 years, and she loves it, and plans to add in other products from SKII to her daily skin care. My relative from Hong Kong told me she used it before, and stop for quite a while, now is using other brands, but she never have any problem with her skin after stopping the product when switch to other brands….
And I started to use this Miracle Water, and yes, it is very very good. The advertisement didn’t lie, I feel my skin is getting better, and open pores is lesser now compare to last time, and most important, I found a thick layer of dead skin around my upper nose area, but now, this area has lesser dead skin and open pores. Overall, my skin looks younger and more energetic. So gals, never listen to rumors if not you will miss out the most beautiful thing in life.

DIY 面膜 DIY Mask

嘿，不是啦，我还没到那个会用天然食品来自制面膜的地部啦。只是想分享一下我在没入息不舍得花钱去买SKII的Hydrating Mask的日子里如何善用资源，打救自己的脸部问题。
一星期我会磨砂一次，然后敷脸。我用爽肤水把化妆棉沾湿，然后撕开两片，把整脸贴满，敷上15分钟，效果不错哦。如果你嫌麻烦的话，大可用面膜，但我认为它的吸水量比较强，会用上比较多的爽肤水，就不是那么经济咯。
如果要我推荐一个爽肤水的话，我会推荐Bobbie Brown的Soothing Face Tonic，它够滋润，还有Lavender芳香，更能松弛神经，女人我最大也有介绍。如果经济不允许的话，去一躺Sasa，专柜小姐一定能为你找到一个适合你的品牌。

No la, I am not that superb can use raw mat to make my own mask. Just want to share with you how I do mask now since I don’t have any income to buy my beloved SKII Hydrating Mask.
I use cotton to soak in the hydrating toner, and then tear them into half, and put on my face piece by piece, for 15 minutes, result is not bad, very soothing and hydrating. I would recommend using Bobbie Brown Soothing Face Tonic if you have the budget, it is very hydrating, plus the Lavender scent which can sooth your skin and relax your mind every time you use. Otherwise just hop in to any Sasa, I am sure the promoter will recommend you a good bottle of toner that suit your budget.
Besides that, if you think that using cotton is too troublesome, you could use plain mask sheet selling at Sasa. As I am belongs to the extremely sensitive skin type, so I can’t use those mask sheet and use cotton instead. However, I feel that mask sheet will absorb more toner, which is not that economical after all.

老爸

嘿，你应该想不到我爸爸会比一个小孩子有更多的笑话吧。他有时真的搞到我们啼笑皆非，很是生气。但他始终是爸爸，当笑话笑过就算了。

故事一：
几个月前，刚坐完月子，就忙着搬家。一家人忙得不可开交，东西多到收不及。谁知道我那搞笑的爸爸，还在慢条斯理收东西。我们收了5箱，他才收了1箱，还以为他搞什麽鬼。哎哟，原来他将每一样物品都用透明胶纸包得美美。嘿，不是开玩笑，他连我们家的冰箱也包，你以为呢？！

故事二：
我爸爸有点“撞聋”啦，以下是Jordan和他的对话。
Jordan：公公，我大完便了，帮我抹屁股。
。。。。。。。。。。。没反应。。。。。。。。。

Jordan：公公，我大完便了，帮我抹屁股！！

故事三：
新年快到了，我买了几件新衣裤给Jordan。回到家，一件件拿出来准备拿去洗。我爸爸拿起一件Jordan的牛仔长裤，问我：这么小件，你可以穿啊？

Burberry 蓝标 Burberry Blue Label

三陽商會取得Burberry許可，在日本開發Burberry蓝标，以年轻的女性消費族群為目標，把傳統和流行結合在一起，設計出有古典韻味的Burberry藍標系列。它可真的让我又爱又恨。爱的当然是它那时尚感的格子设计及剪裁，恨的还不是它在日本才有旗舰店，这里跟邻国都没有leh。转卖店都要贵上一，两倍。鬼meh，人家从老远的日本带回来，当然是要加上“车马费”啦! 搞到我整天上网看外国的转卖站，流到满脸都是口水leh。。。

I love Burberry Blue Label, love its checkered design, and love its material. So chic yet cheaper than black label. But, its flagship boutique is only available in Japan, this is the thing I hate the most, and we will always spend double if we get it from the Malaysia or other neighbor countries. What to do, people have to earn when they buy it all the way from Japan and re-sell mah… sob sob..

好孩子

Jordan 很顽皮，又顽固。叫他不要做的，他就愈做给我看，像是在挑战我的耐性。有一次真的很顶不顺了，我把他拖出门外，锁上门不让他进来，狠下心任他在门外大喊大叫，哭不成声，就是要给他一点颜色看看。

过了5分钟，我开了门看他，他满脸都是泪水哭着对我说：
“妈咪，给我进来，我做good boy 了，要不要？”。。。。我也哭了。。。。

但最近我发觉Jordan愈来愈害怕黑，还有时时提着要回家。他会是因为锁在门外的阴影吗？我开始很后悔自己这样做。。。
孩子，如果你会读这篇文章的话，妈咪希望你能原谅我。。

我超爱这一个Benefit的眼部产品- Lemon Aid，它的主要功能是改善眼皮的颜色。通常我的眼皮都会有红色或棕色的问题，尤其是刚睡醒时，Lemon Aid就是我的救星。涂上一层在眼皮上，马上就觉得自己变的精神又年轻。不但如此，它也让我的眼彩更明显夺目。介绍了给几个朋友，她们都赞不绝口。试试看！

分门别类 Keeping, Managing, Sorting…..

姐妹们，相信你们都有储存化妆品及美容用品的烦恼吧。我最喜欢用柜桶式的朔胶箱储放自己的化妆品。但最近我发现了一个Ikea新推出的储藏设备，十分好用。它空洞式的设计可用来插放刷子及眼线笔，就算插放睫毛膏也没问题，真是好用。
再不是的话，学我的一位朋友，她亲手做一个储存刷子的化妆袋，每一个位子都刚刚好，真是美观又整齐。

Most of us has problem in managing our cosmetics and make-up kits. I use plastic drawer all these while, each drawer has different category, easy to manage, and find colors without much hassle. Recently I found a new container from Ikea which is very functional for keeping blush，eye liner and other skin care tools. See the picture below, the holes are dedicated to put your blush, even mascara are just nice to go in. Brilliant!

天才的隔离霜 You Are Smart

我喜欢用隔离霜， 我认为它是一个天才，哈哈。。它不但能隔离灰尘及修饰肤色，在上妆前涂上它还能让肌肤幼滑细致，容易上妆，更能使我们的妆又美又持久。现在我正在用Shu Uemura 的隔离霜Make Up Base，它有适度的修饰，我通常涂上它后就上粉，既不隆重，又能遮瑕。

不想太夸张，但又要有一些点缀的你，还可选用另外一个产品：Benefit的That Gal。它是Make-up Primer妆前底霜，你可再上粉底，也可单用，效果不错噢。

I like make up base. It keeps the cosmetics from damaging my skin, and corrects my skin tone; most importantly it gives me a long lasting make-up throughout the day. I am using Shu Uemura Make Up Base now, with it’s medium coverage, I usually apply my loose powder right after the base. It doesn’t look heavy, but it can even out my skin tone, I love it!

Besides that, you may also try Benefit That Gal, this is a brightening face primer, and you can wear it under your foundation. People like me who doesn’t like heavy make up will wear it solo, and follow by Loose Powder. Try it!

我的至爱Speedy包包 My Beloved Speedy Bag

打从1932年，LV已经生产Speedy包包了，到现在这款包包还那么流行及风靡全球。它真的很好用，是我的至爱，爱到就算是忙着喂奶也会从心里笑出来。嘻嘻，一点也不夸张。我用的只是Speedy 25，最小的一款，但它的设计却足够容纳一个水饺包包可摆放的东西，整整齐齐，最适合我这种有条有理的女人。有时候我还会塞一件披风或一个饭盒进去，一点也没问题。超爱它！

LV introduced Speedy Bag in 1932, and till now it is still very popular globally. I love Speedy 25 so much, even though mine is the smallest version, however I can put in all my belongings which suppose to go into a tote bag, no jokes. Plus, it is very organize; your things won’t be jumble up and down. Perfect for a woman like me who is so systematic and tidy.
