Egg in the Toast

I returned home from yoga class today, but mom forgot to pack food for me.. with nothing to eat, I recall I saw this toast from a baking blog. In less than 15 minutes, a yummy brunch is ready to fill my empty stomach.



1. cut a square hole in the middle of 1 pc of bread.
2. cut 4 thin slice of cheese to place on the 4 sides of the other bread.
3. put 2 bread together.
4. crack an egg in the hole.
5. put in oven for 8 to 12 minutes, depends on the functionality of your oven and your personal preference on the egg well cooked or half done..
