Terriyaki Chicken

After dont know how many years, I cook again, consider very new in cooking, I learn everything from zero.. My 2nd cooking experience after all these years is Terriyaki Chicken. The first was Pasta in Olio style, but too kencheong and forgot to take picture.. will do it next time again.

Marinate chicken a day before with Terriyaki sauce and sugar.

Grill chicken, add a bit of Black Pepper to taste.

My family dont like dishes that are too dry, so I cook the sauce to pour on top. I use Terriyaki sauce, salt, garlic, onion, black pepper to do the sauce. not bad..

tadaa... here's the baby..

Hubby rate 7 out of 10 marks. Mom rate 4 out of 5 stars... very encouraging, will try more dishes soon :)
